Chapter # 493, Ozark Council

Upcoming meetings and events:

April 1 - Tom Hargrove will be giving a presentation on steelhead fishing. Tom is the owner and operator of the T. Hargrove Fly Shop, located at 9024 Manchester, St. Louis, Missouri.

May 6 - Norm Crisp, of Stream Side Adventures in Kansas City, will be giving a presentation on fly fishing in Chile. Before coming to the meeting, be sure to check out "Fly Fishing Chile - On My Own" on the Stream Side Adventures website.

June 3 - Our annual Hot Dog Burn and bluegill fishing at Cosmo-Bethel Park, located at 4500 Bethel Street, Columbia, Missouri.

July - no meeting.

August 5 - Our featured speaker will be Dr. Jon Deal, who will be discussing fishing for brook trout in Michigan.

September 2 - Dr. Gary Eaton will be giving a presentation on fishing in Belize.

October - TBA

November - TBA

December 2 - The 2008 MMTU Christmas Party will be held this year at Grill One-Five.

NOTE: Our regular chapter meetings are on the first Tuesday of each month, except July. They are held at D. Rowe's in Columbia, Missouri and start at 7:00 p.m. Meetings of the board of directors are held the last Tuesday of the month starting at 6:30 p.m. and held at Grill One-Five (all are welcome to attend the board meetings, too).
